Sondra was born and raised in Carroll County and also has lived most of her married life there along with her husband Roger. They have two daughters and five grandchildren.
In her spare time, Sondra enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her grandchildren. Some of her hobbies include sewing, gardening, and golf.
